The connected storefront

One artisan brand, from discovery to delivered order.

Les Savons Marino is the customer-facing half of the system. Visitors browse savons, soins, détente, and ateliers; build a cart; and checkout online in French—from Saint-Casimir to anywhere in Québec.

WordPress and WooCommerce are the operational half: product catalog, orders, coupons, and reviews. Supabase handles auth and checkout locking; Stripe processes payments without duplicate orders.

Visitors filter by Savons, Soins de la peau, Détente, or Atelier de savons. Live search surfaces products instantly. Category and product pages stay in sync with WooCommerce via ISR and WordPress-triggered revalidation.

Stripe PaymentIntents and a Supabase lock on pending orders ensure only one WooCommerce order is created when both the client redirect and webhook fire. Logged-in customers sync to WooCommerce and can review purchased products.

The system behind it is designed around integrity: catalog, orders, auth, and payments stay connected without duplicate charges—while the business keeps managing products through familiar tools.

Deloumia Studio's role

Designing the storefront and the system behind it.

Deloumia Studio shaped Savons Marino as a headless e-commerce product—from French brand UX, navigation, category storytelling, and workshop flows through architecture (Next.js, WooCommerce, Supabase locking, Stripe), interface design, and development.
